Job Description

We are looking for a user experience designer with strong interests and capabilities in the design and development of engaging user experiences for the website. The ideal candidate will thrive in a work environment that requires strong problem-solving skills and independent self-direction, coupled with an aptitude for team collaboration and open communication. This individual excels at providing both highly analytical as well as highly creative ideas to a design engagement. The candidate will also have extensive experience in a fast-paced and innovative development environment. A thorough understanding of contemporary user-centered design methodologies is a must.Must Have Skillsets: 3-5+ years of user experience design experience for enterprise websites Deep understanding of the end-to-end design process with a broad spectrum of hands-on skills including: conducting stakeholder interviews, storyboarding, facilitating workshops, gathering of UX requirements, building wireframes along with annotations to be consumed by IT/Dev teams and managing usability testing. Exceptional design skills, production value and attention to detail Experience working with agile, lean and iterative development processes. Develop work off of industry best practices Strong competitive analysis skills required The ability to understand and defend design decisions as well as listen and incorporate feedback into the design. Content Strategy experience a plus Experience with AEM components and functionality Strong written and verbal communication skills Experience with business requirement gathering, site assessment, competitive analysis, and secondary research. Inclusive design philosophy with a strong editorial sense. You gather feedback judiciously but know when to adjust your designs and when to follow your initial vision.
