Our client is looking to add a ServiceNow resource to their team--focusing on both admin and development tasks.S/he will be responsible for day-to-day management of hosted ServiceNow services and conducting research to help understand ITSM platform and industry trends with regards to tools and processes. Additional tasks include collaboration with/support of the Operations, Infrastructure Engineering and Application Support and business teams during system design, development and implementation phases--providing advice for interfacing monitoring services with SerivceNow. Lastly, this role will include providing SerivceNow configurations, including custom scripts.This is a contract engagement with potential to convert full time.
