Job Description

Project Specialist for a Major Cyber Security company in Mountain View, CAResponsibilities:
  • Develop deployment strategy and plan for a new Integrated Talent and Organization Process used to integrate Org and Talent Planning reviews into the strategic planning and operational planning cycles of the business
  • Ability to build and deliver engagement presentations to key stakeholder groups to drive input, alignment, and commitment to key initatives
  • Support the development of a new Coaching Service Center, enabling the scaling of coaching services across targeted employee groups to support growth and development
  • Create, implement, and manage talent management processes to support accelerated development of high potentials and top talent post graduation from our Xcellerate high potential program
  • Develops change management plans which build awareness and gather continuous feedback from stakeholders for ongoing improvement and impact of leadership and learning offerings
  • Act at SME on Leadership and Learning solutions as part of advisory and consulting services to both HRBPs and their business partners
  • Continually build strong relationship and partnerships throughout the organization (specifically with HRBPs and Business Leaders) to leverage synergies, best practices, and utilization of tools and resources
  • Manage both small and large-scale projects, leading and contributing to as well as directing and coaching others with competing/changing deadlines
  • Develop and measure Leadership and Learning KPIs in partnership with HR Analytics CoE (as needed) to understand key insights required to drive continuous improvement and business impact
  • Provide insight on learning solutions to improve leadership performance to better meet business strategies and goals across all Business Units
  • Execute and support both HR and corporate transformation needs as required
Must Have Skillsets:
  • Skilled practitioner in the design, development, and build of Talent and Leadership development programs, practices, and processes (i.e., Talent Reviews/Talent Management, Culture evolution, leadership development, and enterprise learning)
  • Experience managing and improving talent management /planning processes
  • Experience designing and implementing leadership programs to employees at all levels
  • Experience scaling new talent and L&D programs and offerings to drive awareness, understanding, and engagement
  • Strong analytical/measurement/evaluation skills
  • Strong communications skills - written, presentation development, delivery to engage key stakeholders
  • Program and change management skills
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8+ years of work experience, including 5 years in a related field (e.g., Learning and Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, HR Operational Management)
