Job Description

Volt is currently hiring for a long-term contract Global Project Manager for our global client who is located in Andover, MA. This person will lead a team in building, delivering and operating at scale digital offers. This position may include travel to include India and Asia. Responsibilities
  • Lead the program which is made of business and platforms projects
  • Optimize the resources assignment accordingly to budget and priorities and manage arbitration
  • Ensure the project is within compliance standards
  • Monitor the projects progress (Key Stage Gates, Costs / Labor, Expenses, Founding)
  • Organize and manage the projects reporting on a regular basis
  • In case of any deviation, support Project Managers to propose and implement corrective actions
  • Ensure the consistency and reliability of data in the reporting tools
  • Support and coordinate project efficiency
  • Guide, motivate and coach the Project Leadership team to achieve the project objectives
  • Identify and monitor projects risks and track to secure the successful mitigation plan
  • Coordinate the decision-making process at project level
  • Setup and lead the Department Project Steering Committee to manage projects progress
  • Monitor quality metrics compliance
  • Report project and department quality metrics compliance
  • Lead continuous and quality improvements plan
  • Other duties as assigned
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Project Management or Program Management Office
  • Previous exposure to Agile Methodology as a practitioner
  • Solid and successful experience in project/program management
  • Enthusiastic about driving transformation and comfortable working in an ambiguous environment
  • The ability to effectively work with a global team of professionals across multiple disciplines/functions and levels of the organization Transformational and Change Management leadership skills
  • Strong and effective interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Strong team player, ability to work successful with teams in an international and multi-sites environment
