Job Description

Kelly IT is seeking a Cyber Security Engineer to provide Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization (A&A) support, vulnerability analysis support, scanning using common tools, identification and application of DISA STIGS. Work will be performed primarily in Orlando FL, area. In this position, the candidate will have an entry to advanced level understanding of Risk Management Framework (RMF), provide technical analysis for Information Assurance (IA)/Cyber Security (CS) support and integration efforts, and perform analysis and development of RMF A&A documentation. Ideally, we are looking for junior personnel with strong technical backgrounds to scan and remediate discrepancies while learning RMF and Intermediate to Senior personnel who can perform junior responsibilities if needed but more importantly be able to develop required RMF artifacts from information provided.Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Risk Management Framework (RMF) assessment and authorization (A&A) accreditation package development
  • Development of RMF Artifacts
  • Development of Platform IT (PIT) RMF packages
  • Vulnerability scanning and analysis
  • Risk assessment and risk mitigation
  • Testing and validation of security controls
  • Understanding of common ports and protocols
  • Security Control Identification
  • COOP Plan Development
  • Identification and application of DISA STIGS
  • Have a knowledge of Boundary Defense and Identification
  • Three (3) to Ten (10) years experience conducting Information Assurance and Cvber Security controls analysis, risk assessments, risk mitigation analysis and contingency plan development
  • Demonstrated background and experience in IA, DIACAP C&A, RMF Assessment and Authorization, eMass, STIG Auditing and remediation
  • Knowledgeable in C&A/A&A requirements and processes
  • Hands-on experience with Security Vulnerability Scanning Tools (ex: Nessus, Retina, ACAS)
  • Knowledgeable in IA/CS policy development, review and/or implementation
  • Knowledgeable in System analysis, design, integration, security test and evaluation.
  • Understanding of Application Ports, Protocols, and Services.
  • (ex: GSEC, CompTIA Security+ CE, SCNP, SSCP)
  • Desire DOD Directive 8570.1/IAWF IAM-III, (ex: CAP, GSLC, CISM, CISSP)
  • Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Information Assurance, Mathematics or similar field
  • Experience can be substituted for a degree
